24. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from CareerSaver.ai (operated by Blackwell Harbor LLC), you consent to receive automated SMS messages regarding:

Order confirmations and program access links
Educational program updates and reminders
Customer support communications
Requested information and resources

24.1 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges from your carrier.

24.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

24.3 Help Instructions

24.4 No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely for communications directly related to your CareerSaver.ai educational program and customer service. We do not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile contact information or consent data to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

24.5 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

24.6 Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Coverage and availability may vary by carrier.

24.7 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without prior notice. Changes to message frequency, content, or availability may occur as needed to maintain service quality and compliance.
